We will have Cheer & Football uniform fittings and our player coordinator will be available for you to turn in completed physical forms (It must be the high school physical form, any other physical form WILL NOT be accepted, you can print this as well as all other forms required off of our website located under "Registration", "Forms and Documents") as well as present original birth certificates and any other paperwork on the following dates and times. Just a reminder the physical must be dated on or after 5/1/2019. PLEASE PLAN ON BEING PRESENT WITH YOUR CHILD ON ONE OF THESE SCHEDULED DATES, OUR CHEER/FOOTBALL UNIFORMS ARE CUSTOM FITTED AND IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE BEST FIT POSSIBLE THEY WILL NEED TO BE PRESENT:

As communicated previously we will giving away brand new cleats and Under Armour bags while sizes and quantities last on a first come first served basis!
