Meet and Greet at Dick's

We will be distributing equipment (helmets, shoulder pads, practice pants and game pants). You will also have an opportunity to meet your coaches as well as their respective staff members. They will provide information such as coaching styles, practice structure, emphasis, strategy and answer any questions you may have. Each team is allotted one hour to hand out equipment and have a brief meeting in the mall entrance area in front of Dick's.

Your board of directors will also be assisting throughout the event and will be happy to answer any organizational questions you may have.

We will also be taking individual player pictures, collecting birth certificates, physicals and completing any releases that need to be executed and notarized so please be sure to bring this documentation ( birth certificates & physicals - must be on the FHSAA form that can be printed from our website or requested at your healthcare provider & completed after May 1, 2019) with you if not completed already. We will have the releases and other required paperwork on site. We WILL NOT be collecting payments at the meet and greet as all of that is done online so please make sure you log in and ensure your balance is paid in full by the designated deadline July 1, 2019.

The schedule for each team is as follows(please plan on attending during your designated time):

Mighty Might 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Pee Wee 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Midget 11:00 AM - 12: 00 PM
Junior Varsity 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Varsity 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
